- By posting User Content to the App, you grant Aidaxcarus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content.

6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Aidaxcarus or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without prior written permission from Aidaxcarus.

8. Termination

- Aidaxcarus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
- In no event shall Aidaxcarus's aggregate liability for all claims related to the App exceed the amount you paid Aidaxcarus, if any, in the past twelve months for the services giving rise to the claim.

Aidaxcarus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
